Anmira Hoi An at Tourism EXPO Japan 2026
In September 2026, the journey of Anmira Hoi An – Village of Arts & Culture will reach a little further, from Hoi An to Tokyo, as we take part in Tourism EXPO Japan 2026, one of Japan’s international tourism events.
Taking place from 24–27 September 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight, Tourism EXPO Japan 2026 embraces the theme “The Changing Nature of Travel,” exploring how the way people choose, experience, and find meaning in travel continues to evolve.

For Anmira, the theme also resonates closely with the journey we are continuing to shape in Hoi An.
A journey today may begin with the simple wish to rest, yet gradually open the door to something more.
It may become an opportunity to understand a destination more deeply, spend a morning learning a local craft, meet an artist, discover regional cuisine, or simply observe the everyday rhythms unfolding around us.

Arts at Animra Hoi An
The theme “The Changing Nature of Travel” places these shifts at the heart of the conversation about the future of tourism. Advances in technology, evolving lifestyles, and increasingly diverse traveller expectations are giving rise to new ways of experiencing a journey — from rediscovering the character of a destination and learning something new to finding balance and connecting with the wider world.
It is within this changing landscape of travel that Anmira finds a natural connection with its own story.

Anmira Hoi An Village Of Arts And Culture
Surrounded by the greenery of Hoi An, Anmira Hoi An – Village of Arts & Culture was shaped by the idea that every stay can create opportunities for a deeper connection between people and place.
Culture and art have therefore become part of the way Anmira shares the story of Hoi An.

Arts And Culture At Anmira
These stories can be discovered through an encounter with an artist, an exhibition woven into an everyday setting, a workshop where guests work directly with traditional materials, or through cuisine and conversations with those who continue to practise local crafts.
Here, Hoi An can be experienced through the elements that continue to shape everyday life — its people, craftsmanship, art, cuisine, architecture, and the rhythms of the region.

Anmira Hoi An Village
This is also the spirit of our Village of Arts & Culture that Anmira brings with us on our journey to Tokyo..
Our presence at Tourism EXPO Japan 2026 offers an opportunity to share this story with the Japanese market and the international travel community.
From our little village in Hoi An, we bring to Tokyo stories of stays connected with culture and art; of artists finding inspiration in the region; of craftspeople continuing their practices; and of guests creating memories of their own through hands-on experiences.
Tourism EXPO Japan provides a meeting place for tourism organisations and businesses to exchange ideas and explore new opportunities for collaboration. For Anmira, these encounters in Tokyo are also an opportunity to listen, exchange perspectives, and discover how people across the travel industry are imagining the journeys of tomorrow.
Each conversation may begin with Hoi An — with a cultural story, an idea for collaboration, or simply a curiosity about a place thousands of kilometres away from Tokyo.
The distance between Hoi An and Tokyo may be considerable, yet cultural stories have their own way of bringing people closer together.
This September, Anmira sets out with the story of a Village of Arts & Culture, carrying with us the connections nurtured in Hoi An and looking forward to new encounters in Japan.
And perhaps, from a conversation in Tokyo, another journey to Hoi An will begin.
We look forward to meeting you at Tourism EXPO Japan 2026.
